The responsibilities of the Corporate Finance Manager will include, although will not be limited to:
Working closely with the Senior Management Team on an array of projects across a number of disciplines
Carrying out timely and accurate analysis of business strategy, global M&A, global financing and involvement in the administration of Financial HQ
Overseeing global cash management initiatives, as well as developing improvement initiatives
Acting as a key member of the global treasury function, including maintaining relationships with international banking partners
Offering innovative ideas to drive multiple initiatives and projects
You will have:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and MBA (highly desirable)
A further financial qualification CFA, CA, ACA, CPA
8-12 years’ professional work experience including a BIG 4 audit and advisory background
Fluent English language skills are mandatory
A confident communicator with a willingness to ask questions and speak up with ideas
Eager to learn and develop, with an ability to understand the bigger picture, as well as the finer details
A patient yet ambitious team-player with a constant desire to deliver the highest quality results
Open to a dynamic position which offers 10–30% international travel

Key responsibilities of the Accountant:
Assessment of new lease-related contracts, implementing effective Accounting processes and internal control.
Analysis of operating versus capital leases in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
Carry out monthly close activities, including analytical reviews, reconciliation of balance sheet and accruals.
Preparation of timely reporting and SOX controls.
Ad hoc analysis on lease-related issues from the business units; additional ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
Continuous consideration of potential process improvement – identifying and implementing required changes.
3–5 years’ experience in GL Accounting and/or Big 4 Accounting firm
Minimum bachelor’s degree qualified with additional Accounting/Finance qualification or currently being studied (CPA/RA/ACCA)
Experience of revenue and lease Accounting preferred
Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to review complex contracts and interpret contract terms, whilst assessing Accounting implications
Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, on revenue and lease Accounting preferred
ERP system experience (Oracle preferred) and Hyperion Essbase would be ideal
Exceptional organisation and communication skills, with a positive attitude
Strong English language skills (spoken and written)

Key responsibilities for the GL Accountant include:
Assist the Finance Manager and senior GL accountant with tackling incoming (ad-hoc) finance & admin related business queries (internal & external) by responding to these queries in accordance with accounting and company guidelines.
Support the senior GL Accountant in the daily team management and with reviewing month-end accounting records & signing off supporting documentation.
Month-end and quarter-end accounting tasks
Timely & accurately preparation of journal entries and GL account reconciliations.
Implementing new and adjusting existing schedules for deferred rents, cash and other reconciliations templates.
Lead process improvements on the accounting team’s daily & monthly tasks, in alignment with the titular GL accountant.
Adhere to accounting principles and internal procedures.
Ad hoc administrative duties to be performed as and when required, including cover for other members of finance.
Experience and Knowledge required for the GL Accountant:
Fluency in English (any additional European languages are a plus)
University or equivalent degree in accounting, business administration or related field
Part Qualified is advantageous (ACCA, ACA, CPA, RA)
Result orientated approach with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high workload
