Job Description

My client, a large global business in the food sector, seeks a Sustainable Sourcing Manager – Palm Oil to help grow the sustainable palm oil sourcing, physical supply and certifications efforts within the small holder market in Indonesia.

My client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced sourcing or supply chain manager to take on a role that will focus on smallholder interaction and future proofing the supply chain.

The successful candidate will understand the local palm market, in particular small holder plantations and mills across Indonesia.

Sustainable Sourcing Manager – Palm Oil

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Skilled in sourcing CPO, PKO or POME from local producers  
• Ideally degree qualified
• Interest in sustainability and understanding of RSPO and ISPO certification
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesian and English
• Willing to travel across Indonesia to meet local suppliers
