Quality Engineer

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a global machinery manufacturer in its search for a Quality Engineer.

The role will report to the Area Manager and offer the right candidate great opportunity for growth within the role and a company with a global presence.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all issues with incoming machines are tracked and dealt with in line with company expectations. It will also involve a lot of cross-collaboration with other members of the quality assurance teams on site.

Other responsibilities will include leading CI projects for working methods within the plant and improving those processes.

Essential Duties of the Quality Engineer:

• Leading IRI meetings and tracking issues of incoming machines
• OTB follow up and challenging others to achieve targets
• Coordinating final quality checks prior to shipping
• Spot checking damages across the site
• Leading CI projects on as required basis
• Logbook and compliance forms
• Establishing testing processes

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Experienced within the machine/electronics sectors
• Ability to coordinate cross-collaboration with different teams
• English (fluent)
• Dutch (fluent)
• Willingness for international travel
