HR Business Partner with International Exposure

EMEA Recruitment is currently partnering with a commercial powerhouse and global brand, which focuses on innovation, growth, and autonomy – obviously with that comes an ever-changing environment, role independence, and heightened responsibility.

They are looking for an HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis, to be responsible for a headcount of c.250 employees across Belgium and Luxembourg, with a focus on partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting in both an operational and strategic capacity.

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
  • Building strong relationships with the business managers and country leads
  • Management of succession planning, talent mapping, and employee development initiatives
  • ER case management
  • Updating HR policies and ensuring HR processes are fit for purpose
  • Line management to the HR Advisor
Experience required:
  • Fluency in English and business proficiency in Dutch – additional knowledge of French is advantageous
  • 3-7 years’ experience in a similar position (HR BP)
  • Based in Belgium with the ability to travel every now and again
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, engaging, professional, and commercial
  • International labour law experience - ideally with Belgium and Luxembourg knowledge
