Are you an experienced food scientist passionate about innovation? Join our client, a global leader in the food industry, as a Senior R&D Food Scientist.

As the Senior R&D Food Specialist, you'll drive the creation and optimization of groundbreaking technology innovations from concept to commercialization.

This role is located in Hauts-de-France.

Key Responsibilities of Senior R&D Food Scientist:

• Lead R&D projects focused on innovation
• Leverage expertise in ingredients and formulation, along with analytical and microstructural characterization skills
• Conduct advanced research on ingredients and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product & process launches
• Mentor junior scientists and foster a culture of innovation
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• PhD or Master’s in Food Science, Dairy Science, or related field
• 10+ years in R&D within the food industry, dairy experience is of great interest
• Expertise in food chemistry and processing technologies
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Fluent in English, business level French advantageous
