The HR Business Partner will join the company on a permanent basis and provide HR support across several sites in Germany. You will partner with senior stakeholders in both an operational and strategic capacity with the support of an Employee Advisor.
Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
Driving the local implementation of key HR initiatives in alignment with broader business strategy
Coaching, developing, and supporting local leadership to enhance capability – including a focus on soft skills and management techniques
Facilitating group sessions on engagement survey results, action planning, and progress accountability – talent management and succession planning are high on their agenda!
Supporting leadership in building a strong company culture focused on workforce sustainability, health, and wellbeing
Advising on local labour law regulations and guiding leaders through conflict resolution and grievance handling
Experience required:
Strong generalist HR experience with a solid understanding of HR best practices and German labour law
Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to present yourself well, ask the right strategic questions, and partner to a senior level
