Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organisation who are seeking a seasoned Rewards Specialist for a 6 months contract to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.
 
You will be a key player in coordinating the grading process, capability building and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to execute, implement and contribute to the development of Rewards to the next level!

Responsibilities of Interim Rewards Specialist:
  • Support and coordinate senior managers grading process and update grading tracker
  • Coordinate annual assessment work with region and all operating companies
  • Support annual audit work during annual process
  • Coordinate and organize capability building session within Strategy and BP team
  • Support CAE Regional Rewards - 8 countries in total
  • Coordinate grading process that need global support
  • Social sustainability project rewards support in the region
  • Support annual process on AP and salary increase data sharing
Experience Required:
  • Relevant experience in Rewards 
  • Good knowledge of benchmarking
  • Knowledge and experience with job grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology
  • Experience with working in an international environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • An analytical, accurate, cooperative, pro-active and looking-for-the-yes attitude; strategically and operationally strong.
  • Experience with project management
