Senior Rewards Specialist

€85,000 - €105,000 + holiday

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organisation seeking a Senior Rewards Specialist for a 6-month contract.
You'll be a key player in driving the strategic vision for Rewards, unafraid to roll your sleeves up to implement and help take this firm's C&B to the next level. 
Responsibilities of Interim Senior Rewards Specialist:
  • Work closely with other specialists on preparation and execution of all reward processes: 
  • The modernisation/simplification of the overall reward package for the organisation's entities for greater alignment with the current labour market
  • Liaison with all relevant stakeholders
  • Be the subject-matter expert on reward processes and job evaluation/grading
  • Perform job/employee data and reward evaluations & analyses
  • Advise and assist the People Business Partners
  • Support communication to employees, unions and the works council
 Experience Required:
  • Experience in Rewards and in reward harmonisation projects with good knowledge of benchmarking an advantage 
  • Experience with job grading within a multinational environment
  • Understanding of a production environment, shift work, Dutch trade unions and works councils
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, including management of complex issues
  • An analytical, accurate, cooperative, pro-active and looking-for-the-yes attitude; strategically and operationally strong.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
