EMEA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join an innovative and growing company based in Haarlem.This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong financial background, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach, looking to make a significant impact.
The Role:
- Lead the finance team, managing all financial reporting, including monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
- Take responsibility for preparing budgets, quarterly closings, and annual statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with Dutch regulations
- Provide financial analysis to senior management and the parent company, focusing on key performance indicators such as margins, costs, and overall results
- Play a central role in the implementation of a new financial system, contributing to process improvements and optimisation
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Business Economics
- Professional finance qualification or University qualification in business economics or business administration
- Proven leadership experience in a finance role, ideally within small to medium-sized organisations
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
