The successful candidate will have a background in Production Engineering and be available for regular global travel (hybrid working is available).

Fluent German & English is essential. 

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Manage projects to enhance and expand production capacities, including the development of new manufacturing plants
• Production Line Development & Relocation
• Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain
• Risk Management
• Continuous Improvement
• Reporting and Documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience managing Global Projects 
• Experience in areas such as plastics, injection molding or tool assembly 
• Strong written and verbal German & English communication skills
