As the leader of the Talent Acquisition function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company by attracting, engaging, and retaining talent, across all levels from around the world.

Key responsibilities of the Global Head of Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and drive the global Talent Acquisition strategy, including workforce planning, sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives
  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends, innovative sourcing techniques, and best practices in Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining rigorous assessment standards
  • Create strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and executive leadership, to understand their talent needs and priorities

Ideal profile:

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing global Talent Acquisition strategies across diverse geographies and functions
  • Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment, sourcing, employer branding, and candidate experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional partners
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

    EMEA Recruitment is working with an international medical devices business looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for its global functions based in Amsterdam.

     

    As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Marketing, Account Management and Business Transformation.


    You will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including talent acquisition, management and development, employee engagement, performance management, organisational design and change management.

     

    HR Business Partner – Exclusive, Amsterdam, Noord Holland, Netherlands

     

    Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

    • Act as sparring partner to the business leaders on HR policies, processes and practice
    • Guide business leaders through the talent management and performance management process

    This role will assist the business in the start-up phase and day-to-day once the office is set up.
