Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a scaling high-tech business located near The Hague to recruit a HR Business Partner for its growing HR team.

The business is committed to driving innovation whilst creating a great environment and culture for its employees to thrive.

The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy and will serve as a trusted advisor and tactical partner to the leadership team across all People & Culture matters.

Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:
  • Driving strategic HR projects to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Ensure legal compliance in our organizational policies and initiatives
  • Develop an inclusive employee culture within the organization
  • Executive and improve performance & development processes
  • Fostering a workplace culture of continuous learning
  • Overseeing individual cases, including illness, underperformance, and terminations
  • Setting up and coordinating the Works Council with the support of the People Operations team

Experience required:
  • Proven HR Business Partnering experience and ability to work at strategic and tactical levels
  • Able to advise and coach managers/employees on complex people-related matters
  • Good understanding of Dutch labor law
  • Experience in developing work councils is an advantage
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Creative problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
