Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with Adama in its search for a Finance Business Partner (Commercial Unit North Europe) to join the team in Leusden. The North Europe region consists of the Baltics, Nordics, Benelux and UK.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will support the Head of CUNE with financial and commercial tasks and manage day-to-day financial operations.

This role is pivotal to CUNE's commercial success, collaborating with senior leadership to shape and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Please note there will be travel required to the UK office.

Responsibilities of Finance Business Partner:
  • Support senior leadership in financial reporting, forecasts and strategic planning
  • Analyse and present financial insights on cost, profitability and efficiency
  • Directly manage two Financial Controllers and ensure wider finance team alignment with regional goals
  • Serve as a board member for the relevant legal entities within CUNE
  • Lead finance projects including the TOM project (Target Operating Model)
  • Streamline finance operations to improve transparency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, SOX and reporting standards across 10 countries
Experience required:
  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (Masters preferred)
  • Demonstrated 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role, with knowledge of the UK and Netherlands’ markets
  • People management experience
  • Background in agriculture or agrochemical industry is advantageous
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written (fluent Dutch would also be a plus)
