Job Description
EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a client in the engineering industry to find a skilled Project Manager (PMP certified). A strong engineering background is necessary to lead and deliver complex projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, clear communication, and creative problem-solving skills. A proven ability to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an engineering environment is also sought.
This is a brand new role, working closely with the CEO of the organisation in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
- Collaborate with teams to align project objectives with technical requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with project standards
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- PMP certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project management within an engineering or technical environment
- Knowledge of IFS ERP
- English speaking
