Job Description

We are currently searching for a Group Head of Branding for this newly created role with our multi-national client based in Zug.

This is a unique opportunity to build, create and implement Brand Management. EMEA Recruitment is seeking a seasoned professional who can understand, shape and build an iconic brand.

Reporting to the CMO, as Group Head of Branding key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing brand strategies and plans to deliver long-term sustainable growth
  • Working closely with the Brand Team (local & global), you will unlock insight to build integrated plans collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Using your challenger mindset, creative thinking and commercial awareness you will shape the Brand identity and system
  • Create and launch the Group Master Brand to become an American Iconic brand
  • Drive brand equity building strategy to grow brand value to position the company as the partner of choice and best support its accelerated growth strategy
  • Develop and position star product brands to meet customer needs

  • Prior experience in Brand Management and Brand Building in a global market
  • 10+ years’ experience in building brands, with experience across the mix of Brand Management and Marketing
  • Proven experience as a Brand builder within an agency or multi-national company
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of how to build 'top of mind' awareness and its importance in the consumer funnel 
  • Prior experience in managing all aspects of brand commercial delivery
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in developing and delivering compelling presentations
  • Project management skills with the ability to successfully plan, manage, prioritise tasks and evaluate across multiple projects to deliver with agility & excellence
  • Fluent in English
