My client, a fast-growing business working in the FMCG sector, is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its dynamic team as a Sourcing Operations Analyst.

This role is an integral part of the Supply Chain & Procurement organisation, providing essential support to the business' Source to Pay model.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing and implementing tools and processes to enhance the Sourcing function.

You will work with the Category Managers to provide sourcing support and Purchase to Pay support. This includes new vendor set-ups, forecasting, contract and price management, accounts payable resolution, and process support.

For this Sourcing Operations Analyst role, we are looking for high-calibre candidates with the following skillset:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business-related field would be ideal
  • 2+ years of Sourcing experience within a relevant industry
  • Excellent collaborator and relationship builder, both internally and externally
  • Effective at establishing trust, building business relationships, and driving results
  • Fluent English
