Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy to drive business growth
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new client acquisitions
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities to maximize revenue potential
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align commercial activities with business goals
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts and reports
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and long-term partnerships
  • Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and performance metrics


Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial management role within media or a related industry
  • Strong background in business development and client acquisition
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for growth
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and drive revenue
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
