EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our global technology client in its search for a Finance Strategic Projects - CEO Office, based in Karlsruhe, Germany.

This opportunity offers a unique challenge to assist and partner with the Global CEO on strategic projects, including strategic data analysis and investment advice.

You will also collaborate closely with the Sales Operations and Business Excellence teams.

Duties of the Finance Strategic Projects - CEO Office:

• Preparing the monthly shareholder reporting and board meetings
• Preparing internal and external presentations
• Support, coordination or management of special projects (PMIs, best practice sharing, IT systems, process optimizations, etc.)
• Assisting with constant strategic review of IT, Finance, Legal set up and processes
• Performance of financial analyses, briefings and calls for action
• Review, define and implement new financial and operating KPIs and reporting
• Representation of Chief Financial Officer in internal and external meetings
• Meeting preparation, participation and debriefing

Profile:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from reputable university within the following: Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science
• Consulting, Big 4, private equity background, with experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, M&A or similar
• Experience in the software/tech sector is a plus
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communicator and organizer
• Fluent German and English
• High degree of self-motivation, with can-do attitude
• Quick thinking and commercial sense
• Willingness to travel
