Our global FMCG client is experiencing sustained growth and expansion. As such, it has identified a need to bring in a Operational Excellence Manager to help lead its multi-site, global lean programme.
As Operational Excellence Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the global business to enhance global, multi-site lean improvements across long-term strategic growth projects, using strong analytical skills - crucially impacting the global production performances.
Operational Excellence Manager, Near Stuttgart, Germany
You will bring previous experience of working closely with operational sites, identifying improvements plans across Production, Sourcing, Logistics, Warehousing and Customer Service, and how to synchronise these across multiple sites.
With strong project management skills, you will bring proven leadership experience to build cross-functional relations, while utilising your strong lean ethos to drive KPI reviews, enhancements and training needs to elevate all internal customers.
