Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are exclusively working with a business in the Munich area in its search for a HR Business Partner.

 

As the HR Business Partner, you will support the business objectives by driving change management activities and delivering company strategy.

 

Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Provide advice and support to the site leadership team, acting as a business partner on various topics including change management, talent management, succession planning and workforce planning
  • Lead local recruitment processes in collaboration with line management
  • Develop site improvement strategy, driving delivery in conjunction with senior leaders
  • Drive performance management processes
  • Act as HR lead for the site, part of the site leadership team
  • Lead on HR processes, implementing and improving where appropriate
  • Build and manage relationships with work counsels
  • Provide professional HR advice and support in line with company policy and local legislation

 

We are looking for:

  • A proven background working as a HR Business Partner driving and leading change with experience partnering with senior leaders
  • Excellent understanding of German labour law
  • Strong communication proficiency in German and English language
  • Advantageous to have experience within a matrix environment – not essential
  • Strong autonomy with the ability to work and lead with minimal supervision
  • Efficient skillset with Microsoft package, Word and Excel in particular
