Senior HR Program Manager- Exclusive

EMEA recruitment are proud to be working with an international business, headquartered out of Amsterdam, as they look to recruit a Senior HR Program Manager.

The business is going through an exciting period of transformation and this role will play a key part in driving change related HR projects. Projects will cover a variety of topics from HR policies, systems, processes, and people with a focus on creating a more agile and innovative organisation.

This role offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s evolution, working in collaboration with colleagues across HR and wider business functions.

The main duties of the Senior HR Program Manager are:

• Formulating the project/program plan in consultation with management
• Organise the required resources including budget setting and timescales
• Define the potential risks and devise plans to overcome them if required
• Ensure the realisation of the project plan and report back on progress
• Develop and execute the project communication strategy

The skills required for the Senior HR Program Manager role:

• Master’s degree
• Experience gained in a consultancy organisation is essential
• Good understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of HR
• Able to plan, lead and track projects
• Strong time management skills
• Able to influence and coordinate project participants in HR and other functions
• Fluent in English
