Job Description
We are working exclusively to support our NASDAQ listed client, an international and dynamic manufacturing business that maximizes technology to make a positive impact on society.
In this newly created role of Senior FP&A Analyst – Revenues, you will join their centralised Finance function in Amsterdam, reporting to the VP FP&A and work as part of a small, key team in this dynamic and growing business.
This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated, flexible and data-driven individual to add real value through delivering meaningful financial reporting and analysis for the company revenue stream.
Your duties as the Senior FP&A Analyst – Revenues will include, although will not be limited to:
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial analysis
- Analysing trends, perform variance analysis and identify anomalies
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the Leadership Team relating to the company revenue top line, document and monitor actuals vs budget
- Developing a forecasting model for manufacturing and royalty revenue and clearly document assumptions for the next 3 years
- Building and maintaining financial models for scenario planning and cost analysis
- Validating data to ensure data integrity
- Draft desktop procedures and ensure compliance with FP&A processes
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
- Stakeholder management working with finance and wider internal teams
- Supporting ad hoc activities and projects
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Finance (at least 2 within FP&A) ideally within scale up/high growth/manufacturing environments
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerBI and other BI tools
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with complex revenue datasets, auditable financial modelling and setting up processes to minimize room for error
- Ability to communicate at all levels and have a collaborative approach to work with cross-functional colleagues and external parties
- A critical eye, confidential approach and problem-solving skills
