EMEA Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a business services organisation, who are an international leader in their field, as they look to hire a HR Business Partner for their location in Maastricht.

This role will partner with operations managers and team leaders across the site and support them with a wide range of HR related issues. You will act as their sparring partner and implement actions plans to help them effectively manage and motivate their people.

The business offers a highly dynamic environment and the opportunity to join a HR team based across the Maastricht and Amsterdam offices.

They offer a hybrid working arrangement where you will spend 1-2 days a week in the office and the remainder of the week you can work from home.

HR Business Partner – Exclusive, Maastricht, Netherlands

Duties of the HR Business Partner include:

• Partner with managers to truly understand their people issues
• Improve HR policies and processes
• Offer guidance to managers when dealing with absence cases
• Contribute to departmental consultations exploring operational and tactical HR issues
• Support managers when dealing with disciplinary discussions
• Participate in a range of HR projects
• Act as a mediator between managers and employees when required

Experience required:

• Proven success operating in a HR Generalist/HR Advisor role
• People focused and curious nature
• Solution and customer orientated
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch labor law
• Fluent in Dutch and English
