Job Description

Work for a global FMCG tech company as O2C Manager Restaurant Payments within the O2C team and support a quality service to the stakeholders.

In this role, report directly to the Global Process Owner and become part of the Global Finance team, accountable for ensuring the delivery of O2C for Restaurants & Partners internationally.

Responsibilities of the Order to Cash Manager – Restaurant Payments:

 

You will be involved with the following tasks:

  • Managing and structuring continuous improvement opportunities in the O2C process
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the O2C process
  • Coordinate and implement process improvement initiatives along with other stakeholders
  • Possess ownership of O2C processes and act as principal expert for process documentation
  • Collaborate with the Internal Control and SOX team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver on the KPI targets as outlined in the SLA and take appropriate actions to meet targets, including in-depth root cause analysis
  • Implement O2C-specific process improvement initiatives to drive decisions in support of accelerated growth
  • Lead the implementation of automated billing solutions that meet regulatory requirements
  • Manage a global team of experienced professionals, coach and develop

 

Experience required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance or similar
  • 8+ years’ experience within the O2C domain, with knowledge of O2C end-to-end process
  • Excellent understanding of the critical success factors for global/centralized functions as a reliable, effective and efficient business service provider
  • Experience in process design, mapping, improving process quality using best practices, process review and process compliance
  • Experience in billing tools - Workday experience is preferred
  • Good knowledge of IFRS guidelines and revenue recognition accounting principles
  • Experience with project management and willingness to deliver in changing environments
  • Practical attitude, strong communication skills, with a proactive demeanour
  • Can-do attitude, energetic, analytical and forward thinking
  • Strong communication in English, both verbally and in writing
