Our client, a world leading data specialist, is strengthening their team with this Finance Business Process Expert opportunity.


The Finance Business Process Expert will be responsible for supporting the roll-out of the IFS system globally, and reports directly to the Global Business Process Owner Finance.

Role and Responsibilities of the Finance Business Process Expert:

  • Define country specific business requirements and prepare change requests where applicable; advise the BPO on change request prioritisation
  • Work with key stakeholders within the entities to ensure local participation/contribution to the implementation
  • Lead key user training and support end-user training and provide training and explanation of details on the core solution, basic data, migration data, and share global best practices
  • Validate company setup and test improvements to global solution
  • Create test plan in consultation with country team and support the user acceptance test
  • Support cutover and data migration; advisor in cleaning, testing and validation of to be migrated data


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Business Economics or related
  • In-depth ERP knowledge, experience with ERP (preferably IFS) implementation
  • Strong in business process analysis and improvement
  • Good understanding of and hands on experience with IFRS Accounting principles
  • Willing to travel


Language Requirements:

  • Fluent English, both written and oral
