Job Description

Our client, a world leading data specialist, are strengthening their team with this FP&A Manager opportunity.

 

The FP&A Manager is a key member of the team and reports directly to the Group Controller. Other key stakeholders are CFO, Head of Investor Relations, and Regional Controllers.

 

FP&A Manager, The Hague, Noord Holland,Netherlands / Hybrid Working

 

Role and Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:

  • Develop KPIs and reporting on business performance, providing deep insights and fact-based analysis including third party cost analysis, capital expenditure, cash, monthly forecasting, strategic update
  • Monitoring effectiveness of improvement initiatives towards key stakeholders; takes initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of his/her relevant stakeholders
  • Benchmarks financial and cost performance with historical data/competitors
  • Sparring partner for the Group Controller, CFO and Investor Relations on matters regarding financial planning and analysis and reporting cycle
  • Support the process for the monthly forecast process and preparation of gap analysis

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in a Business Economics study or related and academic background (Register Controller or equivalent)
  • 5+ years’ working experience with control, advisory or business analyses
  • Excellent communicator and team player in an international and multi-stakeholder setting
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI is a plus

 

Languages Requirements:

  • Fluent English, both written and oral
