EMEA Recruitment is pleased to be working with one of the world’s leading FMCG businesses in Rotterdam, which is looking for a Business Controller to join its exciting, growing organisation.
The experienced Business Controller will be responsible for performance reporting for the entire commercial organisation, supporting with optimising pricing strategies and driving revenue growth.
For the successful Business Controller, there is scope to grow as a key business partner for the company, as well as a chance to progress your career to become a senior stakeholder internationally.

Key responsibilities of the Business Controller:
- Business partner, working with commercial teams (Sales and Marketing) and Operations (Supply Chain)
- Analysing price/mix/volume and making recommendations for Sales
- Pricing master data maintenance, as well as rebate agreement management
- Supporting monthly closing activities and corporate reporting for the full P&L - particularly gross-to-net topics and COGS variances
- Assisting with new product development and working with Marketing on strategic planning
Requirements:
• Business Economics/Business Administration/Accounting degree
• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position (FMCG)
• Experience with accounting and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of BI tools
• Fluent English
• Hybrid working
