EMEA Recruitment are delighted to be working with an international B2C business in Canton Aargau that is looking for a Finance Processes Expert.
Working closely with the Head of Accounting, you will be leading various projects relating to streamlining and documenting finance processes, as well as rolling out an ERP system in multiple countries.
With your experience and knowledge, you will be responsible for recommending and leading process improvements, focusing on simplifications.
This role offers a hybrid working policy (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

We are looking to speak with Finance professionals with a deep understanding of controls within financial reporting, ideally gained within a leading audit firm or a large international company.
This role will include liaising with international stakeholders and outsourced companies, so process management and strong communication is vital.
