HR Business Process Director - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with an award-winning client as it continues to transform and digitalise its HR department and is looking for an HR Business Process Director to join.

This brand new role reports into the SVP HR at the head office in Basel.

You will be responsible for leading your team to make HR business-related recommendations for process improvement that aligns to the company goals and values.

HR Business Process Director – Exclusive, Basel, Switzerland / Hybrid Working

Responsibilities of the HR Business Process Director:

• Partner and consult with senior stakeholders to understand current HR processes and operating models to provide feedback for improvements
• You will review the data and interpret it to create measurable KPIs and metrics
• Provide process recommendations that align to best practice to improve efficiency and automation, where possible
• Create new ways of working linked to the HRIS system
• You will manage a team and become an “internal consultancy group” supporting, not just HR, but elsewhere in the business
• You and your team will create presentation and provide all relevant information to senior business leaders

Ideal candidate:

• Proven HR experience, ideally in a similar role
• Have Big 4 consultancy experience
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors
• Be an analytical thinker and creative for a new way of working within HR
