This role is focused on building processes and, as such, will have exposure to strategic leaders across multiple departments, with the opportunity to develop in many different directions.
ESG Reporting Specialist - Exclusive, Geneve , Switzerland
The main duties of the ESG Reporting Specialist are:
- Driving the transformation towards regulation compliant Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting
- Manipulate, analyse, and report accurate data in a timely fashion, building required tools
- Quickly understand new regulations and translate them into reporting - examples are: CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SEC ESG disclosures review
- Creation of manual detailing new processes – support for external auditors
- Using relevant tools and systems to reach desired results and schedules quickly
The skills the ESG Reporting Specialist will need are:
- Strong affinity with numbers and reporting requirements – either externally (audit) or internally
- Excellent stakeholder management – co-ordinating new project teams to deliver on time
- Interest in/affinity with/ideally experience of ESG reporting, intellectual curiosity
- Ability to use the latest tools, e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, to accelerate/automate reporting processes
- Proven experience of learning new reporting systems quickly and translating them into meaningful action
- English language - strong preference for French or Italian language
Hybrid working - 2 days home, 3 office
