Programme Manager- Animation/Enrichment Programmes

My client, a multi-billion dollar business in the leisure sector, is looking for a Programme Manager- Animation/Enrichment Programmes for its Swiss based global headquarters.

You will support the VP Operations, managing the structure and content of enrichment programmes within resorts globally for a well-known business in the tourism sector.

• We are looking for candidates with exposure within the travel and tourism sector or educational sector who have focused on researching and/or promoting places of interest, history, and culture

• Must be a strong communicator and confident speaking to various stakeholders to gather information and formulate relevant enrichment and education programmes for internal staff and customers

• The key quality we require is the ability to be able to conduct thorough and insightful market research

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Ideally 4+ years’ experience within a Business Operations function either in-house or in a consultancy focusing on travel or tourism
• Strong PC literacy
• Ideally Degree qualified
• Fluent English is essential, other languages are beneficial
