EMEA Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with our client in search of a Digital Channel Manager to join its Corporate Communications team.

Reporting to the Corporate Communications Officer, you will be responsible for managing all digital platforms internally and externally, defining measurable KPIs. Stakeholder management, coaching and training employees will be a key part of your role.

Ideally, you will bring technical experience, and lead innovative ideas for engaging employees and customer interaction on all social platforms.

You will have the opportunity to implement new channels of communications/social media across the business in the future.

Digital Channel Manger – Exclusive, Pfäffikon, Schwyz, Switzerland – Hybrid Working

The Digital Channel Manager role:

• Partner with corporate functions (IT and HR) to support future roadmap for the development of social channels and communication
• Work with teams to define which channel is suitable for rollout of specific content, both internally and externally
• Monitor platform performance, including traffic, impressions and click through rates (CTR), providing reports to Content teams, as well as feedback and training where necessary
• Define measurable KPIs and reporting tools
• You will be the subject matter expert and advise internal teams how to use platform correctly
• Maintaining and upgrading all channels/platforms

Requirements:

• Understanding search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA)
• Knowledge of social medial platforms, latest trends and maintenance of channels
• Experience training and coaching employees, as well as stakeholder management
• Fluent in English
