Senior Controller

Job Description

We are excited to be working with a leading international B2B business in Zurich who are looking to welcome a Senior Controller to their Finance team.

Reporting into the Finance Director, and as Senior Controller, you will be leading and mentoring a team of 3 Controllers whilst being responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and controlling month-end closing processes.

Duties of the Senior Controller will include:

• Responsible for the preparation of planning reports
• Preparation of finance and performance analysis
• Responsible for a variety of analysis; productivity, business unit and customer P&Ls
• Periodic monitoring of capital expenditures, to aid with creation of business cases for investments
• Controlling responsibility in the month-end closing process including reporting
• Project management relating to cost-saving, process optimisation and market analysis
• Involvement in future projects relation to development of digital controlling processes

Ideal profile:

We are looking for Senior Controllers who have strong tech experience; SAP FI/CO, Hyperion, including high Excel skills (Power BI, Power Pivot / Macros).

Fluent German is essential for this role.
