EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with an innovative world leader in its field in its search for a Head of Treasury.

The Head of Treasury will lead a team of capable and experienced Treasury Managers.

This position offers hybrid working.

Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the Treasury department, with Insurance reporting into you.

Our client is looking for a highly experienced, collaborative, dedicated and driven professional.

Responsibilities of the Head of Treasury:

 Working for this privately-owned multi-national business, your role is varied and exciting:

• Lead large Treasury team
• Actively develop bank relationships
• Work as part of the senior leadership team, to propose financing strategies
• FX hedging

Ideal profile:

• Highly developed stakeholder management, with great ability to build relationships
• Excellent communication skills - as a strong leader, your team’s expertise guides your decision making and your specialist knowledge influences board members
• Senior management level, with industry Treasury experience
• Dynamic and flexible, with the strength of character that is seeking out this next and most exciting challenge in your career
• Structural thinking and team-oriented action, with an ability to communicate Insurance matters in a clear, concise and influential manner
