Treasury Manager

We are excited to be working with an international engineering business in the search for a Treasury Manager to join its Finance team.

As Treasury Manager, you will work with the team to manage all aspects of internal and external financing transactions, alongside supporting working capital management processes, as well as the group’s credit management.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management of external financing, including managing negotiation and issuance of new bonds and other debt capital market instruments
• Reviewing the group’s syndicated revolving credit facility (RCF) and other large loan facilities
• Managing the negotiation, renewals, extensions, changes, and reporting relating to the group’s revolving credit facility and other loan facilities
• Intercompany financing, including loans, dividends, and capital injections
• Performing capital structure reviews for subsidiaries
• Continued maintenance and improvements on the global framework for credit risk management, including assessing and managing service contacts with external credit rating agencies
• Working with the group to assess M&A capacity

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Banking and Finance (or equivalent), with experience in a similar role within an international company.

Having strong analytical and negotiation skills is important for this role, along with strong communication with senior management and external parties.

This business uses SAP and Bloomberg - experience of these would be an advantage.
