Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with a large, Swiss international client in its search for a BI Analyst based in Zug.

Based within the Finance team, this is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your business intelligence knowledge to support strategic business initiatives and to drive performance across multiple departments of the business, including Finance, Audit, Risk and ESG.

You will have the opportunity to be part of key transformation and business projects through creating insights out of data, and strongly support and improve the decision-making processes.

Hybrid working is available for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities of the BI Analyst:

  • Assist with the Finance team’s switch to new business intelligence tools
  • Design and develop tools, KPI reports and dashboards for all business areas to help improve the decision-making process
  • Perform analysis of user needs and contribute to continuous improvement based on findings
  • Process changes and corrective maintenance
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate data processes
  • Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders

Your profile:

  • Experience in Business Intelligence analysis and reporting
  • Expertise implementing reporting and BI capabilities
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive personality to drive initiatives across the organization
  • Outstanding communication skills, fluency in English
  • This opportunity is open to a range of profiles from both a technical and analysis background
