Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with a large international client in its search for an Office Manager based in Zug.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to assist with the set-up of the new office based in Zug.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of Swiss customs and practices for this Office Manager role.

Hybrid working is available for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Set up the new office
  • Onboard new, and assist relocated, employees with the transition to Zug
  • Liaise with central HR
  • Processing of invoices and visa applications
  • Assist with travel bookings and IT

Ideal profile:

  • Office administration/management experience
  • Very good IT and organisational skills
  • Fluent German and English
  • Service orientated
  • You have cultural understanding and social skills
