EMEA Recruitment are working exclusively with an international medical devices business to recruit a HR Business Partner aligned to a number of different countries including Ireland, Finland, the UK ,Germany, Italy, South Africa and Australia.
The business is in its scale up phase and the HR Business Partner will play a key role in this growth, working as a critical partner to senior leaders across commercial functions, global HR, Finance, Legal, IT etc.
Reporting in to CHRO based in USA, you will be happy balancing strategic HR activities with hands on operational and tactical HR support, as is required in a scale up organisation.
