Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are working exclusively with an international medical devices business to recruit a HR Business Partner aligned to a number of different countries including Ireland, Finland, the UK ,Germany, Italy, South Africa and Australia.


The business is in its scale up phase and the HR Business Partner will play a key role in this growth, working as a critical partner to senior leaders across commercial functions, global HR, Finance, Legal, IT etc.


Reporting in to CHRO based in USA, you will be happy balancing strategic HR activities with hands on operational and tactical HR support, as is required in a scale up organisation.



The main duties of the HR Business Partner:


  • Develop and executive HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance to international teams on employee relations and local labor laws
  • Support leaders and managers through the talent management and performance cycle
  • Attract and retain top talent for the organisation
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and improve HR policies and processes
  • Lead change management efforts across the international offices



The skills required for the HR Business Partner role:


  • Significant experience in an HR role, supporting leaders/employees across multiple countries
  • Strong knowledge of labor law in multiple countries
  • Able to design and implement HR programmes and initiatives
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in both a larger corporate and a business in scale up phase is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
