Job Description

Reporting to the Chief People and Culture officer, the role will contribute to the design and delivery of people and culture development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans.


Head of Organisation Development & Change Management, Turin, Italy


You will lead and implement the cultural journey throughout the organisation (projects related to people wellbeing, ED&I, purpose, culture, engagement is some but not all the pillars within the scope of work of the role).


Some key responsibilities for the Head of Organisation Development & Change Management:

  • Drive change to deliver the People and Culture strategy working alongside the Chief People and Culture Officer and the Human Resources Team
  • Provide leadership and support for the creation and implementation of health and wellbeing programs and services across the organisation
  • Develop and implement a clear, efficient, and engaging internal communication strategy, in line with the Employer Branding guidelines, to attract and retain talents
  • Provide strategic direction for embedding values and accountability into the performance management system, in line with the Company’s strategy and in collaboration with the HR Team
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and the Compensation and Benefits Team to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated into all programs and activities in the talent lifecycle
  • Act as an empathetic listener and advisor for all Employees, by demonstrating to always follow global people and culture developments and by implementing pulse and regular surveys that will provide concrete impulses for improvement initiative
  • Improve people’s bond and commitment by embracing and developing targeted cultural changes and impact and improve sense of purpose and engagement


The ideal candidate will have:

  • University Degree in Human Resources (ideal) or related field
  • Ideally 10 or more years of professional experience, with a proven track record in creating and implementing strategies and initiatives to improve people and company performance
  • Experience acting as an “internal consultant” on transformational change strategy /deliverables for strategic change initiatives including engagement, communication, and wellbeing
  • Fluent in English and Italian. Additional language skills would be advantageous
