Group Controller

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is recruiting for a Group Controller for an international organisation based in Liechtenstein.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Controller to join our dynamic team.

As the Group Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the company's subsidiaries and ensuring that they align with the overall strategic goals of the group.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the group's objectives
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of subsidiaries and provide recommendations to improve profitability
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results to senior management
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the group and its subsidiaries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the group
• Utilise BI to provide meaningful insight for the business
• Support ad-hoc projects, such as M&A and request from the board.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - MBA preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Controlling roles
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business results
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
