Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with our global hospitality client in its search for a Finance Manager.

You will be responsible for the holding of about 50 companies located in around seven different countries.


The role consists of supervising the administration, Finance and Tax aspects of entities in Netherlands (holdings), and to assist with specific group needs.

This position would supervise the Amsterdam team (two members) and report to the company’s directors based in KH Europe office (located in Paris) and KH Doha head office.

Duties of the Finance Manager:

  • Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information, reporting to management and stakeholders
  • Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
  • Cashflow management
  • Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
  • Assisting the group on all kind of audit matters (external/internal)
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Supervise the corporate legal requirement assisted by local advisors
  • Deliver a full range of Tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
  • Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
  • Manage Tax provision and Tax compliance process
  • Prepare all Tax papers on a regular basis and handle all information data requests


Experience required:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in the financial field in international group or Accounting/Audit is required
  • Bachelor’s degree qualified in Finance & Accountancy
  • Fluent English – Dutch or French would be advantageous
  • An analytical mind
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Understanding of international Tax (such as deferred tax, transfer pricing, tax reporting, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of local Accountant standard and IFRS
