Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a newly created Project Management Support role.

 

The Project Management Support  will join a start-up company within the renewables industry, assisting its European growth plans.

 

Responsibilities of the Project Management Support:

 

  • Assist the Project Manager and team in the production and maintenance of project plans
  • Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems – set up and maintain systems for recording project costs
  • Define and document procedures in accordance with agreed methodology
  • Calculating, invoice processing, verifying financial data for use in maintaining records – clarifying questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures, verifying and calculating all extensions and totals in invoices
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Support maintenance of project implementation schedules
  • Collection and analysis of information on the progress of projects, entry into the current project schedule
  • Organization of meetings on the project – preparation of materials for meetings, committees
  • Monitoring the implementation of protocol decisions

 

Skills and experience:

 

  • MBO+/HBO
  • Certificates from training in Project Management
  • Participation in the development of renewable energy projects
  • Experience in project development, initiation and implementation, planning, monitoring, completion and commissioning
  • Analytical and systems mindset
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Primavera)
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry with focus on onshore wind and solar projects is desirable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality

 

Languages

Fluent English, both spoken and written.
