Job Description

We are currently working with a well-established fitness company in the search for outgoing and driven individuals who are aspiring to work in payroll.

The main duties of the Payroll Specialist:


  • Setting up monthly payroll calendars in relation to each stakeholders needs.
  • Providing administration
  • Input payroll data and adjust where needed
  • Process expense claims and arrange payments
  • Assist with reporting and audits
  • Answer payroll queries from all relevant stakeholders; employees, Finance and HR


The skills required for the Payroll Specialist:

  • Strong command of the German language
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Currently working in a junior HR function with exposure to payroll
  • Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator/Payroll Specialist or equivalent
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Outgoing and analytical skill set
