Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are supporting an international organisation as they look to recruit a Global TA Director to lead their Global TA function. 

 

The business is transforming and embracing a more entrepreneurial and agile culture, and this is an opportunity to redefine their approach to Talent Acquisition.

 

You will manage a global team, helping them to move from a more reactive way of working to a proactive approach where they truly partner the business.

 

Reporting in to CHRO, this role is part of HR Leadership team and is a key appointment for the future growth and success of the business.

 

 

The main duties of the Global TA Director:

 

  • Develop a forward-thinking TA strategy that allows the business to attract top talent
  • Lead a globally dispersed TA team, elevating their capability and performance
  • Contribute to the creation of a strong employer brand
  • Manage the relationship with contingent labor provider
  • Develop a first-class candidate experience
  • Implement data driven decision making in TA space

 

The skills required for the Global TA Director role:

 

  • Experience in a Global TA role, leading a high performing team
  • Able to challenge the status quo, suggesting a more innovative approach
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
  • Highly credible and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
