Our client are experts in printing high-quality personalised digital graphics media and are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their leadership team.
In this role as the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of People strategy.
EMEA Recruitment are seeking a dedicated HRBP, to drive the needs for HR policies, activities and programs that align with the group’s and company’s strategic objectives, standards and processes.
HR Business Partner – Exclusive, Amsterdam, Netherlands
Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:
- Partner with senior and executive leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, and processes
- Support in the change management to enable the growth and development of people
- Define strategic talent needs, and support leaders to forecast and plan their workforce and talent pipeline requirements
- Support management teams of a high-performance culture for all employees
- Translate departmental strategic goals in defining and driving performance culture
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years’ HR experience in a HRBP capacity
- Experience and high level knowledge on the NL HR laws, regulations and best practices (knowledge in this area for UK & ES is an advantage)
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel to other locations within Europe (1 trip every 2 months for 2-3 days)
- Locations of work: Barcelona, Amsterdam or London with expectations to be min 2 days in the office a week (role is not open for relocations)
