Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are working with a growing, international retail organisation as they look to recruit a HR Business Partner dedicated to the retail stores across the Nordic countries.

 

The business has exciting expansion plans, and you’ll join a growing HR team reporting into the HR Manager for the region.

 

HR Business Partner – Exclusive, Amsterdam, Netherlands

 

As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the general manager for the area, supporting across the full employee life cycle from recruitment and new store openings to employee development through to offboarding.

 

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

 

  • Execute recruitment strategies to bring talent into stores
  • Provide investigation and consultation support for employee relation issues
  • Collaborate with store managers on succession planning conversations
  • Assists leaders with development plans for key talent
  • Provide HR reports and analysis linked to key HR metrics

 

Experience required:

 

  • Proven success in a generalist HR role
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language
  • Strong collaborator and great relationship builder
  • Thrives in a scale up environment
