Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are pleased to be exclusively working with a leading retailer, who are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their group.


Our client is one of the largest retailers in Europe operating in several grocery retail formats. Due to rapid growth, the business is now seeking an experienced HR professional to support them with the development of the HR department and the hiring of great talent.


In this role as the HR Manager, you will work within an international and dynamic environment, working closely with the FD and CEO.


This role will report directly to the CEO.


Key responsibilities of the HR Manager include:


  • Design and implement HR policies and processes for the HR function
  • Develop a robust onboarding and offboarding process and recruit top talent to the business
  • Provides payroll administration data and liaise with external payroll service provide ADP
  • Deliver complex analyses of HR data, identifying key trends and contribute to HR insights
  • Correspond with various authorities such as the UWV
  • Prepare reports for management and the Controller




  • 3+ years’ HR experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch (labor) law
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
