EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnering with an international business as they embark on a significant period of transformation, embracing technology and moving to more agile ways of working.


The TA Manager – EMEA will lead a team of Talent Consultants providing proactive talent solutions to the business, as well as driving recruitment process improvements and efficiencies across the region.


The business has an innovative and dynamic culture, so this role would suit someone who likes to challenge the status quo and thrives in an environment of constant evolution.


Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Manager – EMEA include:


  • Partner with hiring manager to understanding their recruitment needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles across various disciplines
  • Develop innovative ways to assess external talent landscape
  • Use a range of modern sourcing techniques to engage with top talent
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing TA team
  • Report on key recruitment metrics and identify talent trends to share with the business


Experience required:


  • Significant experience in end-to-end recruitment in an international setting
  • Proven success developing creative sourcing strategies
  • Advanced user of Linkedin for headhunting and market mapping
  • Able to inspire a high performing team
  • Great at managing internal and external relationships
  • Comfortable in a changing environment with a high level of ambiguity
