Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with our international client on an exclusive basis as it looks to recruit a Senior Manager – HR Analytics to join its expanding Human Resources Technology team.

 

This role will focus on optimizing people insights; analysing HR data and producing a range of reports that allow the business to devise effective people-related strategies.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the data and reports they need, and you will also educate them on the potential insights gained from effective reporting.

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager – HR Analytics:

  • Consult with the business to scope out its data requests and to understand reporting needs
  • Based on requests from the business, develop new reports and look for synergies in reporting requests
  • Undertake qualitative analysis of data and deliver insights to the business beyond the numbers
  • Develop reporting dashboards that assist the strategic aims of the organisation
  • Participate in system maintenance activities, including testing and implementing system enhancements
  • Educate and train the HR community in the use of analytics
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy

 

Experience required:

  • Significant experience in an HR Reporting/Analytics role
  • In depth knowledge of HR systems (Workday ideally) and reporting tools, such as Tableau
  • Able to manage and manipulate large datasets using a range of software
  • Able to interpret data into a format that supports business decision-making
  • Strong communicator, self-assured when liaising with senior leaders
  • Knowledge of HR/people-related data
  • Strong project management skills
