EMEA Recruitment is working with our international client on an exclusive basis as it looks to recruit a Senior Manager – HR Analytics to join its expanding Human Resources Technology team.
This role will focus on optimizing people insights; analysing HR data and producing a range of reports that allow the business to devise effective people-related strategies.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the data and reports they need, and you will also educate them on the potential insights gained from effective reporting.
