AP/AR Accountant

This AP/AR Accountant role is to deal with all bookkeeping and transaction operations in the business.

AP/AR Accountant – Exclusive, Amsterdam, Netherlands

Responsibilities of the AP/AR Accountant:

• Performing the day-to-day financial accounting and transaction processing
• Preparing and recording asset, liabilities, revenue, and expenses entries
• Dealing with issues involving revenue and service-related invoices
• Defining and monitoring accruals
• Acting as liaison towards colleagues of other departments
• Assisting with the preparing VAT and Intrastat filings
• Participating in monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and closing procedures
• Reviewing and analysing bookkeeping ledgers
• Reviewing all inter-company transactions and generating invoices
• Corresponding with suppliers and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• Min 1 years in AP/AR Finance or relevant experience
• MBO/Associate Degree or intermediate vocation qualification
• Proficient in data entry
• Dutch or English Speaking
